Cottage Cheese and Courgette Flan
500gms (a tub) of plain cottage cheese
1 finely chopped onion
1 chopped courgette
1 small tin of sweetcorn
1 tin of tuna
Preheat your oven to 180˚C.
Firstly chop the onions and courgette and add them into a mixing bowl.
Place all other ingredients with the onions and courgette into the bowl and mix well.
Once all mixed together, place non-stick grease proof paper into a flan dish. If you wish to use pastry, then roll out and line the flan dish. Place baking paper on top with some baking beans and blind bake for 20 minutes.
Place all the ingredients into the dish and place in the oven and cook for around 35-45 minutes until firm and golden brown.
